How to book an Intimate Portrait Session with KLT Studios

Initial Inquiry:

To begin your intimate portrait experience, you have two options. You can either request a phone consult on our booking site and we can walk you through the whole booking process & answer any questions, OR if you're ready to schedule, you can head to the booking site and book your session! Your journey with KLT Studios starts with your preferred choice, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

Consultation:

If you choose a phone consultation, we'll schedule a discussion to answer any questions you have about the experience! Prepare to chat for about 10-15 minutes.

Session Booking:

For intimate portraits, a non-refundable styling fee of $599 ($299 for male intimate portraits that don’t require hair & makeup) is required. This fee covers a range of services, including professional hair and makeup, wardrobe selection, and more. We're committed to making you feel your absolute best during your session. It also includes 3 high resolution digital images and one of our luxury sets.

Concierge Services:

As part of our commitment to luxury, we offer concierge services. This includes assistance with dining recommendations, hotel stays, transportation, and more.
Please note that clients are responsible for the costs associated with these services.

Virtual Consultation:

Before your session, we can schedule a virtual consultation to ensure all details are perfectly in place. This helps us plan your intimate portrait session, from styling to location.

The Intimate Portrait Session:

On the day of your intimate portrait session, expect a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Our talented team is here to capture your unique essence, creating empowering artwork.

Art Reveal and Additional Purchases:

After your session, we'll arrange an art reveal session where you can choose your favorite images. Your styling fee includes three digital images. You'll receive a prepayment plan for any additional purchases, which can be stretched into flexible KLT Studios Financing Plans. You also have the option to invest in the minimum and upgrade your selections at the time of the session if desired.

Payment Options:

To provide you with added flexibility, we offer various payment methods. If you'd like to pay the styling fee with AfterPay, Klarna, PayPal Credit or Affirm, please email us at hello@katielowrytisler.com, and we'll assist you in making the necessary arrangements.

After booking, you will fill out a pre-payment plan with us.

You do receive one of these with your styling fee! You may add an additional luxury set for an additional fee of $300 due to the extra time and care required to set up and clean up. HOWEVER, if you choose to pre-purchase one of our collections, some luxury sets are included as a special perk, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the magic of your intimate portrait session.

A luxury/add on set is an optional add-on experience designed to elevate your intimate portrait session to a whole new level of creativity and uniqueness. These sets offer a distinctive and immersive environment that goes beyond traditional photography. While they require additional time and meticulous clean-up, the result is a breathtaking visual story that captures your essence in a truly extraordinary way.
